Our pricing at Norland is designed with flexibility in mind, offering a range of pricing options that are based on the various seasons throughout the year, as well as the days of the week. Here are our current price ranges for both Venue Rental and Catering Investment
Venue Investment
When you book your wedding at the Norland- you have the option of a “Single Day” rental, or an “Exclusive Weekend Package” . Here are current price ranges for our venue rental- they are dependent on season, as well as the specific day of the week.
Single Day ~ Venue Rental Price Range
- November 1 to April 30 $1,200 – $1,950
- May and October $2,500 – $5,500
- June 1- September 30 $2,500 -$7,500
Exclusive Weekend Package ~ Venue Rental Price Range
Our weekend rental pricing ranges from $3,500 to $12,500, depending on the season
Catering Investment
We have the following “Minimum Food & Beverage Spend” price ranges in effect- which vary depending on season and day of the week. Your final total catering investment will depend on your guest count, as well as your menu selections.
Single Day ~ Minimum Food & Beverage Spend Range
- November 1 to April 30 $2,500 – $3,500
- May and October $3,000 – $4,500
- June 1- September 30 $2,500 -$10,000
Exclusive Weekend Package ~ Minimum Food & Beverage Spend Range
Our Weekend Package minimum spend for Catering ranges from $5,000 to $14.000
